For every purchases made before 10am of each working day will be processed, carefully packed and dispatched/shipped out within the same day. Once the item has been packed and processed, our courier service will automatically send an email or text messages notifying your order status.
For every purchase made on weekends or public holiday, orders will be processed starting on Monday or day after the public holiday. For orders made during festive seasons, , customers may experience a delay in delivery process.
Parcel has been sent out, all the information regarding your parcel will be handle by Delivery Courier.
How long does delivery take?
For Normal orders :
3-5 working days for delivery within Peninsular Malaysia.
5-6 working days for delivery to Sabah and Sarawak.
For Preorders :
7-14 working days for delivery within Peninsular Malaysia.
7-15 working days for delivery to Sabah and Sarawak.
What if I am not available at the time of delivery?
Please ensure that someone is available to receive your order at the delivery address provided. If no one is available during the delivery attempt, we will arrange for your order to be redelivered.
Please note that an additional delivery fee will apply for every redelivery attempt. The redelivery fee must be paid before the order can be dispatched again.
