RETURN POLICY
Return within 30 days of receiving the product(s) ordered from belhams.com. Example: If you received the products on 1st January, please return the product(s) by shipping it to our headquarter by 30th January.
Product(s) can be returned for exchange or refund, provided the product(s) is returned in new and original condition with original product packaging and labels.
Belhams reserves the right to reject requests for returns and/or refunds where (i) such requests are deemed habitual in our sole and absolute discretion; and/or there is suspicion of purchase for the purposes of resale.
Belhams reserves the right for final decision.
Belhams reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
RETURNING DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE ITEMS
In cases of damage or defect, the return process can often be expedited by providing a digital image of the damage or defect (along with a clear description of the problem) in an email to cs@belhams.com. In many cases, action (in the form of replacement, refund or account credit) can be taken as soon as substantiation of claim has been provided by the customer.
If the damage/defect cannot be verified over the phone or via email contact, the item may be required to return to Belhams for inspection before a determination can be made as to the state of the product.
RETURN & REFUND METHOD
STEP 1 : Review Checklist
Check if all conditions below are met:
- Order is within 30 days from the date of order received
- Item is in original condition with original packaging
- Item not damaged, washed or stained
- Item has not been altered
- Item is damaged from factory
STEP 2 : Email Order Informations
Please provide the order number, proof of payment (receipt of transfer) from bank account, customer’s name, phone number, email, account number, bank name and email us at inquiry@belhams.com.
STEP 3 : Packing & Return
Please pack your returned item into a box or may reuse the original delivery package.
You may choose any courier company (with tracking system), preferably NinjaVan and return your parcel to our HQ address below at your own cost.

Please note that courier charges for your return package will NOT be covered by Belhams.
Please obtain a delivery receipt from courier company of your choice or record your tracking number to trace your return package if it reaches our HQ.
Belhams will not be liable for any loss or damage of your return package and/or product(s) handled by courier company of your choice.
STEP 4 : Return Confirmation Email
Once your returned parcel reached our HQ, our team will process the return within 1-2 working days. You will receive the return confirmation email after the returned item had been confirmed.
STEP 5 : Refund
The refund will be processed and completed within 7-14 business days depending on the processes at your bank or credit card company
Frequently Asked Questions
Our team will reject the customer return in conditions:
- Exceeded thirty (30) days from date of receipt of product(s)
- There is no/incomplete Return Form
- There is no original product(s) packaging or label
- There is no invoice
- Product(s) not in new and original condition (It looks used/washed)
- Product is damaged (Torn/stain/wrinkle)
- Product had smell (Cigaratte/perfume)
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date you received the order.
Example: If you received the parcel on January 1st, we can handle it until January 30th.
We do not accept return or exchange for item that had been altered.
We do not charge any additional fees when handling your return. However, you may be required to bear the shipping cost when returning your purchase to our HQ.
